
James B. Maas, Ph.D., is a pioneer of sleep research at Cornell University. He is also the recipient of the American Psychological Association´s Distinguished Educator Award. Dr. Maas has appeared on TV programs such as NBC Nightly News, ABC´s 20/20, the Today show, and Good Morning America and has been featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
